Le Manoir is available to rent on its own,
(sleeping 10)
with extra beds possible for children,
or as a complete complex
along with Le Petit Manoir
and the Luxury Studio,
(sleeping 16 adults plus extra beds for children)
Le Manoir has four double bedrooms and one twin bedded room, all with tvs, dvds and english satellite, the Master suite has a 42" plasma screen.
There are four bathrooms, two are ensuite, cloakroom, study, biblioteque,
(42" flat screen plasma,eng.sat),
Grand Salon, dining/family room, also with 42" plasma and newly fitted kitchen. There are open fires and FCH.
The house features original polished and limestone floors, panelled walls, chandeliers,
english and french antiques and fine art.
All bathrooms are new 2005,
also new kitchen.
Le Manoir would sleep 10 adults, the whole complex would sleep 16 adults and extra beds for children.
Le Manoir has exclusive use of the luxury outdoor hotspa, kept at 40 degrees for use in cold weather
Le Manoir per week is 1,500£ (2,300€) in low season and 2,100£ (3,200€) in hight season.
Complete complex of the three properties is between 2,300£ (3,500€) in low season and 3,400£ (5,200€) in July, August and Easter.
There are discounts for various times of the year.
Our three properties are situated around a huge grassed courtyard area with central fountain, and provide luxurious first class accommodation.
A large party can gather together to wine and dine in Le Manoir, but can disperse to their own tranquility when desired, making it an ideal situation when mixing the older generation with teenagers, for example.
The price includes everything, luxurious bedlinen, towels, full central heating, wood for the fire...... there are no hidden charges.
The outdoor hotspa is kept at 40 degrees for use in cold weather.
For Christmas and New Year bookings, the houses are beautifully decorated with presents under the tree for children and wine and chocolates for the adults.
